1.The supplier promises to strictly adhere to the standards of the ISO9000 system for pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales services.

2.Upon receiving notification from the customer, the supplier's after-sales service personnel guarantee to reach the service site within a specified time frame. The specified time is as follows: within 1000 kilometers from the supplier's location, they will arrive within 24 hours; for distances exceeding 1000 kilometers, they will arrive within 60 hours. If there are other agreements between both parties, the agreed-upon time frame will be followed.

3.The supplier strictly adheres to the requirements of the ISO9000 quality system, implementing end-to-end quality control, including after-sales service, to ensure that all products supplied to the customer comply with relevant national standards or product quality standards. The supplier guarantees a 100% qualification rate for all products delivered to the customer.

4.For products supplied by the supplier to the customer, if any quality issues arise, our company provides free service. If product quality problems occur due to improper use by the customer, the supplier will only charge the cost fee.

5.The warranty period for the supplier's products starts from the day of delivery to the customer and lasts for one year.
